Rick asks: I visited Portsmouth, NH last summer and I had the lobster roll at the State Street Saloon. I really enjoyed it. I was wondering if there is a recipe for the (homemade?) bread that the lobter was served on. Also how is the lobster meat prepared for a lobster roll? | |
