Welcome to the New Hampshire Restaurant Guide. This page is for food establishments to sign-up for a listing in our database. There are a few ways to do this and we are trying to make it as easy for you as possible.
The first way is to print the sign-up form and data questionnaire. Simply click on the form link to open a new window and print all three pages. The links to the second and third page are at the bottom of the first and second pages. Once done, you may close the form window (click on the "X" at the upper right of the window). The second way is to fill out the signup form form and data questionnaire on your computer screen and print the forms. This way allows you to type the necessary fields prior to printing. If there are any additional notes or corrections, you may do so prior to mailing the forms to us. Return the form to us along with your check.
The third way is to fill out the e-signup form and it will be e-mail it to us. You will receive an acknowledgement of the form receipt. Print this receipt and mail us your payment.
The forth way is to fill out the request below and we will mail you the necessary forms. You are always welcome to give us a call at (603) 485-7516 and talk directly to us about your listing. In any event, we welcome your comments.
